SHINee’s Key drops ‘Hate That’ single, MV feat. Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation ahead of comeback album
SHINee’s Key finally made his comeback with the pre-release of his single “Hate That” featuring Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon on Monday.
The SHINee member also dropped the music video for the song where he and Taeyeon are seen going through a rough time in a space-themed set after a heartbreak.
“Hate That” is on Key’s upcoming comeback album, which is scheduled to drop in September.
As of writing, the music video has garnered over 17,200 views on YouTube. The hashtag #KeyIsBack is also the fourth trending topic on Philippine Twitter with over 36,000 tweets.
Key made his solo debut in November 2018 with the pre-release single "Forever Yours," and later the studio album "Face.” Its repacked version titled “I Wanna Be” was released February 2019.
SHINee recently made their comeback with the release of their “Don’t Call Me” album. They later dropped “Atlantis,” which includes three new songs.
