GFRIEND’s Yerin signs with new agency after group’s disbandment

Former GFRIEND member Yerin has signed with Sublime Agency a month after the K-Pop girl group announced their disbandment.

On Instagram, Thursday, Yerin announced the good news with photos of herself smiling from ear to ear, as if showing her excitement for her new journey.

“I'm an artist of sublime agency. I'll do my best to show you better performances via various activities,” she wrote in the caption in Korean.

“Dear fans, thanks for always supporting [and] loving me. I'll always be Yerin who repays that love! I love you,” she continued.

As of writing, Yerin is the second trending topic on Philippine Twitter with over 46,600 tweets from fans who can’t contain their excitement and support for the idol.

Last May, it was confirmed that the group will be parting ways with Source Music, their agency of six years.

GFRIEND then announced their disbandment days after, according to a Soompi report.
