BTS becomes 1st Korean artist to receive BRIT Awards nomination

BTS is again making history as the group becomes the first South Korean artist to receive a BRIT Awards nomination.

On Wednesday, the British Phonographic Industry announced this year’s award nominees, which included BTS under the Best International Group category.

The nominees for #BRITs 2021 International Group are:

The K-pop group is in the running against Foo Fighters, Run the Jewels, Haim and Fontaines DC.

The annual BRIT Awards is considered the most prestigious music awards ceremony in the United Kingdom.
