Jung Kook plays drums for BTS ‘Dynamite’ performance at Grammy’s MusiCares
BTS member Jung Kook has again proven how talented he is during the group’s performance at the charity event of Grammy Awards’ MusiCares.
The youngest member of the South Korean septet played the drums while singing with his bandmates during their “Dynamite” performance at the “Music On A Mission” online show.
The MusiCares virtual concert, which was streamed Saturday morning, aims to raise funds for music industry workers displaced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“As the COVID-19 situation worsened, our plans were disrupted, including tours,” BTS member J-hope told Los Angeles Times.

“As a member of the Recording Academy, we were well aware that MusiCares is helping the recovery of the music community impacted by COVID-19,” said group leader RM.
“We wanted to help those who try to adjust to the new normal, whether it be creating music or finding new ways to set up performances like virtual concerts, as MusiCares helps smooth that transition period.”
MusiCares is founded by the Recording Academy, which presents the annual Grammy Awards.
