Song Joong Ki will play an Italian lawyer and mafia consigliere in new Netflix K-drama 'Vincenzo'
It looks like Song Joong Ki will be taking over Netflix this February!
Aside from his upcoming film "Space Sweepers," the Korean actor will also be starring in a new drama titled "Vincenzo."
According to a report on Soompi, Joong Ki will be playing the titular role, Vicenzo Cassano. Adopted by an Italian family at a young age, he becomes a lawyer and Mafia consigliere of Korean descent.
Vincenzo flies back to Korea after a conflict in his organization, and then winds up crossing paths with another lawyer Hong Cha Young who will be portrayed by Jeon Yeo Bin.
The two will join forces to take down villains who cannot be punished by the court of law.
In the teaser released by tvN on their YouTube channel Vincenzo says, "I’m not here to negotiate, but to deliver a warning because I’m going to be the one making the judgment.”
According to Netflix, "Vincenzo" will premiere on the platform on February 20.
