Jung Hae-in to join Blackpink’s Jisoo in new K-drama ‘Snowdrop’
“Something in the Rain” star Jung Hae-in is set to join Blackpink’s Jisoo in an upcoming Korean drama, "Snowdrop."
According to a Soompi report, “Snowdrop” tells a love story between Im Soo-ho (Hae-in), a student at a prestigious university who suddenly rushes into a female dorm room covered in blood, and Eun Young-cho (Jisoo), a cheerful and loveable student who hides him and takes care of his wounds.
Jisoo, who is one of the four members of K-pop group Blackpink, was confirmed to star in the drama earlier in in August.
Broadcasting company JTBC reportedly announced the rest of “Snowdrop’s” star-studded cast on October 5.
It didn’t take long for Jung Hae-In to become one of the top Philippine trends on Twitter on Monday.
The young Korean actor has starred in the 2018 drama “Something in the Rain" alongside “Crash Landing on You” star Son Ye-jin.
“Snowdrop” is also expected to star Kim Hye-yoon, Yoon Se-ah, Jang Seung-jo, Jung Yoo-jin and more.
