Rich Brian drops new EP ‘1999’, trippy music video for ‘Love in My Pocket’
88rising’s Rich Brian just dropped a new seven-track EP!
The 20-year-old Indonesian rapper also released the official music video for lead track “Love in My Pocket.”
“1999” also includes “Sometimes,” “Don’t Care,” “Long Run,” “When You Come Home,” “DOA,” and “Sins.”
Rich Brian is one of Asian label 88rising’s leading hitmakers.
“1999” is the young Indonesian artist first set of songs since his 2019 full-length album “The Sailor.”
Brian initially released “Love In My Pocket” in July with an “unfinished video,” which was just him strutting about in front of a green screen.
A message from Brian before the song reads: “I couldn’t go on tour this year so I ran out of budget of VFX on this video lol.”
88rising also released another version of the music video featuring Jae of K-Pop band Day6. – Margaret Claire Layug/RC, GMA News
