Brie Larson is now a YouTuber, launches star-studded first video

Captain Marvel has landed on YouTube!

American actress Brie Larson surprised the internet when she launched her very own channel, with a video titled "So I made a decision..."

"Why am I starting a YouTube channel? Great question. YouTube has been a place that I have learned so much," she said.

"This is the place to talk about things that are important and that matter. It doesn't mean that there isn't also silly content, that there's ways for me to express myself personally, but there will also be deep conversations, anti-racist rhetoric, inclusive content," she added.

Larson's first video featured her speaking with YouTube stars including Justine Ezarik, Kelly Stamps, Lauren Riihimaki and "Hot Ones" hosts Sean Evans, Swoozie, Lilly Singh, Connor Franta, and Michelle Khare.

She also video called her mom to tell her about the "very important life decision" she made to start a channel.

Larson is known for her role as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, making an appearance in "Avengers: Endgame." She also starred in "Room" and "Unicorn Store."
