Korean actor Park Ji Hoon dies of stomach cancer at age 31
Korean actor Park Ji-Hoon passed away on Monday due to stomach cancer. He was 31 years old.
The actor's family confirmed his passing in an Instagram post on Friday.
"We deeply thank everyone who sent their warm comfort and encouragement even during the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak," the family's statement said, as translated in a report by Soompi.
"Thanks to you, we were not alone as we sent my younger brother to heaven. Your support was a huge source of strength to not only me, but to our entire family. We will never forget it."
At the end of their message, they reminded everyone to stay healthy and always be careful amid the pandemic.
