Gospel singer Sandi Patty tests positive for COVID-19
Gospel singer Sandi Patty announced that she has tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
In an Instagram video, American singer said that she has been travelling a lot for a couple of weeks and she "hadn't felt well."
"When I got off the road on March 7th and the 8th, I came back to Oklahoma city and I really have been at home since then," Sandi, who was seen sitting on a sofa chair, said.
She added that she often visited her community church in Oklahoma, but she hasn't been there since she arrived.
"Usually I'm at Crossings Community Church during the week and I get to work with a lot of people. As this played out, I'm thankful, I wasn't around anybody at Crossings," she said.
Sandi detailed that the only person who was around her during the time she came back from her travels was her "extroverted" husband Don.
