Taylor Swift is 'The Man' in new music video

American singer Taylor Swift just released the music video of her fourth single "The Man" on Thursday.

In the song, Swift called out the disparities between men and women and how she experienced double standards her whole life.

It was not noticeable at first but towards the end of the video, it was revealed she was actually "The Man."

"The Man" is her latest single from her 2019 album "Lover," after "ME!," "You Need to Calm Down" and "Lover."

In her post on Twitter, Taylor shared, "Just sitting here pondering how happy I am that The Man music video is OUT. I want to say thank you to so many people- Gotta thank @TheRock for voicing The Man and for being so supportive of my music for years (and now my directorial debut!)-"

Her father also made a cameo appearance.

"My dad making his acting debut as ‘unimpressed umpire’ is a memory I’ll always cherish. Thank you to the entire cast and crew for helping me become the man I always knew I could be Face with tears of joy."
