BTS's 'ON' Kinetic Manifesto Film is number 1 trending video on YouTube

BTS's "ON" Kinetic Manifesto Film is currently trending number 1 on YouTube Philippines.

According to a report by Korean entertainment website Soompi, the video was released on February 21 with their new album "Map of the Soul: 7" and as of writing — about 48 hours since its release — the video has already generated a whopping 57.78 million views.

Last year, BTS broke YouTube records for most views in 24 hours with the "Boy With Luv" music video, boasting 74M views in 24 hours. 

Fans are yet to see if they will break their own record when the official music video for "ONE" is released on February 28.

The report noted that the release of their new album "Map of the Soul: 7" has been topping the charts.

According to Hanteo chart, it  topped the iTunes Top Albums in 91 different regions, selling 2.65 million copies on its first day, a new record set by the Korean boy group.

Meanwhile on Spotify, an enhanced version of "Map of the Soul:7" is now streaming. Apart from songs, it contains original content and exclusive goodies like "Storylines" containing the inspiration and story behind each song; "Canvas," which has bespoke 8-second video loops on every track; and audio messages that allow fans to get to know the members better. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
