Bernard Palanca expresses grief over brother Miko's death

Bernard Palanca on Saturday publicly expressed his grief two weeks after his brother Miko Palanca passed away.

Sharing a photo on Instagram of the two of them back when they were just kids , Bernard said, "I was put on this earth to protect and love you more than anybody else could ever do. All my life I’ve been by your side through everything."

He expressed the difficult time his family was going through and thanked all their and Miko's friends for their support and prayers.

"My heart is shattered and in so much pain because of what happened and more so for how it happened," he added. "I miss you so much dumbass(Miko)????????????  Please, please, please behave up there...I love you, little bro! You rest now. "

Miko passed away earlier this December at the age of 41. The family has yet to disclose the cause of death. — Kaela Malig/DVM, GMA News
