Taylor Swift says former label heads blocking her from performing old songs on TV
There really is bad blood until now, huh?
American singer Taylor Swift told her fans through social media that Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun, heads of her former record label, aren't allowing her to perform old songs on television over her plans to re-record her earlier albums.
On Twitter, Friday, Taylor said that Braun and Borchetta "are exercising tyrannical control" and preventing her from performing her old songs at the American Music Awards as well as using her old performance footage for her upcoming documentary with Netflix that features her life.

Earlier this year, Taylor was involved in a feud with Braun after he purchased the Nashville-based record label Big Machine which Taylor was with for more than a decade.
With the purchase, Braun gained a majority stake in the master recordings of her first six albums, from her self-titled album to her "Reputation" album.
Taylor claimed that Borchetta told her team that they will only allow her to use her old music if she does two things: agree to not re-record copycat versions of her songs next year, and to stop talking about Borchetta and Braun.
The superstar icon said, "The message being sent to me is very clear. Basically be a good little girl and shut up. Or you'll be punished."
"This is Wrong. Neither of these men had a hand in the writing of those songs. They did nothing to create the relationship I have with my fans," she added.
She then pleaded to her fans and fellow artists to let Borchetta and Braun know how they feel about the issue.
The record label heads have not made any public statements yet regarding Taylor's post. —LDF, GMA News
