Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have called it quits

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have split after less than a year of marriage, reports People Magazine.

According to a statement sent to People by Cyrus’ rep, the pair “have agreed to separate at this time."

It added, "Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”

Miley and Liam tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in December 2018, announcing the happy news on social media.
