Song Joong Ki filed for divorce without telling Song Hye Kyo — reports

As though news of the #SongSongCouple divorce wasn’t shocking enough, more heartbreaking details about the breakup have surfaced.

According to a report on Unang Balita Wednesday, Song Hye Kyo reportedly did not know of the divorce her husband had planned on filing. The Korean star only learned of it on the news — along with the rest of the world.

The world woke up to the news of the divorce on June 27 one day after Joong Ki filed it on June 26.

It was Hye Kyo's agency that issued a statement, saying the reason behind the divorce was irreconcilable differences between the two celebrities.

Needless to say, "walang forever" trended through most of the day.
