Direk Joey Reyes kay Alden Richards: 'Good actor, perfect gentleman'

Pinuri ng film and TV director na si Jose Javier Reyes ang Kapuso heartthrob na si Alden Richards sa kanyang tweets nitong nakaraang Martes, August 18.

Ito ay matapos maglabas ni Direk Joey ng artikulo sa kanyang blogsite na chokingonmyadobo.blogspot.com, noong Sabado, August 15, tungkol kay Alden at sa ka-loveteam nitong si Maine Mendoza o mas kilala bilang si Yaya Dub.

Personal daw na nag-text si Alden kay Direk Joey ng kanyang pasasalamat sa magagandang papuri ng direktor sa kanya at kay Maine.

Sabi ni Direk Joey sa kanyang tweet: “Just a while ago I was able to prove that Alden Richards is a cut above the rest.

“He is not only a good actor but a perfect gentleman.

“Alden R went out of his way to send me a thank you text for the blog.

“How many young actors will do that considering we've only met once?”

Dagdag pa niya, “I wish all the young performers will have the manners of Alden R.

“He has earned even more of my admiration as a role model for others.”

“SI DIMPLES AT SI YAYA.” Sa unang bahagi ng kanyang blog, na may titulong “Si Dimples at si Yaya,” inilista ni Direk ang mga dahilan kung bakit sa tingin niya ay dapat matagal nang naging big star si Alden.

Isa na rito ay ang kaguwapuhan at tindig ni Alden.

“Some have the looks but not the tindig to distinguish them from those destined to do supporting roles.”

Malaking bagay rin daw ang pagiging charming ni Alden kaya naman maraming babae at pusong-babae ang nahuhumaling sa kanya.

“The point is that when he does those little waves on tv ... there is a collective sigh from womankind (and the wanna be womankind as well) because they have been charmed.

“That's it: he is charming. He is not only good looking but he is charming. Which leads me to the third point ...”

Pinuri rin ni Direk Joey ang pagiging maginoo ni Alden at ang talento nito bilang isang aktor.

“He's got talent --- and it completely befuddles/confuses/discombobulates me as to why his mother studio never made the most of what he has to turn him into a much bigger star than he has become in the here and now.”

Sa pagtatapos ng kanyang blog, ipinaliwanag ni Direk Joey ang tingin niyang dahilan kung bakit sikat na sikat ngayon ang AlDub

“The common reason is that they give good vibes. 

“They herald the return to innocence. To fun. To good clean fun that does not involve insulting or downgrading anyone for looks, reputations or whatever.  

“They are a breath of recycled fresh air because they provide the same template of Cinderella's motif, the Senyorito in the dashing Alden and the portrayal of a rubber-faced yaya in Maine.  

“In other words, they are a reaction to the negativity that is surrounding media --- with endless news of dishonesty and corruption in politics, the game of thrones in the presidential elections of 2016 and the unforgivable traffic leaving residents of the Metro in a state of nervous breakdown.

“Aldub exploded into the phenomenon that it is ... because it provided good and clean respite from the polluted air we inhale by reading the news ... or simply going out of our houses.” -- PEP.ph
