Isabelle Daza on kissing photo with Georgina Wilson: 'I knew it was going to be talked about'

Hindi pinagsisisihan ni Isabelle Daza ang pag-post niya ng “kissing photo” nila ng pinsang si Georgina Wilson sa kanyang Instagram account noong June 27, Thursday, sa kabila ng pag-ani nito ng iba't ibang reaksiyon mula sa netizens. Naninindigan ang anak ni former Miss Universe Gloria Diaz na ang larawan ay may malalim na pakahulugan at ito ay ang pagsuporta sa gay rights. Lahad niya, “We were shooting for Bench, we have a Bench campaign and we did it for fun, kasi… wala lang… we wanted a memory or something artistic for us. "And then I decided to release it because it was in timing of the gay rights in California same-sex marriage, so that’s it.” Dagdag pa niya, “I knew it was going to be talked about.” Ibig ba niyang sabihin ay nagkaroon siya ng ideya na magiging isyu ang larawan na kanyang inilabas sa Instagram? Sagot niya, “I mean, like if I post it, it’s not like people are gonna ignore. "But I didn’t know that it would cause such a commotion na for me it’s okay. “I think the Philippines was a bit shocked by [the photo]. “We’re very conservative, like, things like this can shock us. “I don’t know, I think you should look at it with an open mind.” Bilang panghuling tanong, ano ang natutunan o kaya ay realization ni Isabelle sa isyung ito? “I think my realization is that you can’t please everybody and there are always people who don’t agree with your opinion or what you like, and there will be people to support it.
