‘Lolo and the Kid’ starring Euwenn Mikaell, Joel Torre tops Netflix’s ‘Top 10 Movies in the Philippines Today’

“Lolo and the Kid” starring “ Firefly ” star Euwenn Mikaell and veteran actor Joel Torre is the hottest movie in Netflix Philippines today!

As seen on Netflix, the newest flick has ranked No. 1 on “Top 10 Movies in the Philippines Today.”

It was followed by the supernatural comedy film “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire,” and the spy film “Kingsman: The Secret Service.”

“Lolo and the Kid” premiered on Netflix on August 7.

Directed by Benedict Mique, " Lolo and the Kid " follows the story of a hustler (Joel) and a child (Euwenn) he took under his wing. Together, the pair build a strong bond and con the wealthy, but a life-changing opportunity might just change their relationship.

Aside from Euwenn and Joel, other members of the cast include Iza Calzado , Meryll Soriano, Joem Bascon, Alfred Vargas, Markki Stroem, Juan Karlos Labajo , and more.
