Sandro Muhlach files complaint before NBI: 'Hindi po ako OK pero kakayanin ko po'

Sandro Muhlach has filed a formal complaint against two individuals at the National Bureau of Investigation

According to "24 Oras," Friday, the Sparkle artist was accompanied by his father, Niño Muhlach, in filing the complaint.

GMA Integrated News is still confirming the identities of the subjects of the complaint.

When asked how he was doing, this was Sandro's reply:

"Hindi po ako OK pero kakayanin ko po," he told GMA Integrated News in a text message.

In a statement on Thursday, GMA Network said it has received a formal complaint from Sandro against two GMA independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

Recognizing the seriousness of the alleged incident, GMA Network had already initiated its own investigation even before receiving the formal complaint.

GMA Network has not provided additional details on the investigation, as of this writing.

In a text to GMA Integrated News, Niño Muhlach said he will address the issue once they finish filing the criminal case on the incident.

Meanwhile, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, the legal counsel of Nones and Cruz, issued a statement saying the allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event and that they reserve the right to respond in a proper form when they receive a copy of the formal complaint.
