Andrea Torres marked Barbie Forteza’s birthday with a throwback picture taken from the set of their hit series “Maria Clara at Ibarra.”

On Instagram Stories, the Kapuso actress shared a snap of her and Barbie dressed as their characters Sisa and Klay.

In the caption, Andrea expressed how much she adores the Kapuso Primetime Princess.

“It’s no secret that I adore you. Happy birthday!” she wrote.

In response, Barbie reposted the heartwarming greeting and wrote an equally touching reply to Andrea: “And it’s no secret that I love you. Thank you!”

Barbie played the role of Klay in the historical fantasy series, while Andrea portrayed the iconic character of Sisa. Both Barbie and Andrea were lauded for their acting prowess in the show.

Barbie currently appears in GMA Network’s newest historical drama “Pulang Araw” as Adelina alongside David Licauco, Sanya Lopez, and Alden Richards.

The main antagonist of the series is Col. Yuta Saitoh, played by Dennis Trillo. He is a Japanese imperial army officer whose mission is to conquer the Philippines.

"Pulang Araw" is currently streaming on Netflix and on GMA Network's main channel.
