Marian Rivera poses for ‘taray’ pic with ‘Balota’ co-stars Esnyr and Sassa Gurl

Marian Rivera was in “taray” mode as she posed for a photo with fellow “Balota” cast Esnyr and Sassa Gurl.

On Facebook, the Kapuso Primetime Queen shared a photo of them where she could be seen standing between the two content creators. The three all had their arms crossed and looked fierce for the camera.

“Yung nakikisali ka sa tarayan pero wala ka naman alam bakit sila nag tataray!” Marian wrote in the caption.

The cute snap has since earned over 80,000 reactions on the platform, with Esnyr even commenting “love it madam.”

“Balota” will have its theatrical debut at the Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival, which will run next month from Aug. 2 to 11.

Marian plays the role of Teacher Emmy in "Balota." The film follows a land-grabbing tycoon and a former male sexy actor who are locked in a tight race for the mayoral seat of a small town.

“Balota” is written and directed by Kip Oebanda, the award-winning filmmaker behind "Liway" and "Bar Boys," and is co-produced by GMA Pictures and GMA Entertainment Group.

Apart from Marian, Sassa Gurl and Esnyr, other cast include Will Ashley, Royce Cabrera, Raheel Bhyria, Nico Antonio, Donna Cariaga, Joel Saracho, Sue Prado, Mae Paner, and Gardo Verzosa also star in “Balota.”
