“Follow Again,” the concert film based on K-pop group Seventeen's recent show of the same name, is hitting Philippine cinemas this August!
On social media, SM Cinema announced that it will hold limited screenings of the “Seventeen Tour: 'Follow' Again To Cinemas” beginning Aug. 21 in its cinemas nationwide.
Tickets will go on sale starting July 23 through this website.
In a video announcement posted in Seventeen's official YouTube channel on Tuesday, member Joshua said the film will feature footage taken from the group’s “Follow Again” concert at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in April this year.
“Relive your favorite moments and create new memories with Seventeen on the big screen,” Vernon said.
According to the Follow Again website, the film captures “unforgettable moments" [from the concert] with cinematic cameras from multiple angles, ensuring an immersive experience."
It will also feature performances of their song “MAESTRO” and unique unit performances of “Spell”, “LALALI”, “Cheers to Youth.”
“Follow Again” was the encore leg of Seventeen's “Follow” tour, which staged a two-day concert at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan in January this year.
Seventeen debuted in 2015 and is known for their hit songs “Very Nice,” “Super,” and “Left and Right.”
In June, Seventeen was named as UNESCO’s first-ever Goodwill Ambassador for Youth.
