‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ drops new teaser trailer; to open in PH cinemas on July 24

The tandem we never thought we needed!

Marvel just unveiled a new teaser trailer of their upcoming film “Deadpool & Wolverine” and the tandem of the two iconic superheroes is looking to be an exciting one!

The one-minute trailer, revealed on July 16, opens up with Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) transforming into Deadpool and teaming up with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) to save the world.

The trailer also featured a mysterious blonde girl dressed up in a Deadpool costume.

Directed by Shawn Levy, "Deadpool & Wolverine" follows the story of Wade Wilson or Deadpool (Reynolds) who teams up with Wolverine (Jackman) on a mission to defeat a common enemy.

Aside from Ryan and Hugh, Jennifer Garner is set to reprise her assassin role as Elektra.

The "Deadpool & Wolverine" marks the third installment of the "Deadpool" series. It will also be the first film in the franchise to be made by Marvel Studios after 20th Century Fox released the first two in 2016 and 2018.

It is set to premiere in Philippines cinemas on July 24.
