‘Lovely Runner’ starring Byeon Woo Seok is coming to Netflix this August!
Who’s excited for Ryu Sun Jae’s debut on Netflix?
The hit South Korean drama “Lovely Runner” that starred Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon will now be available on Netflix starting Aug. 1.
“Some lovely Monday news: #LovelyRunner is coming to Netflix on August 1,” Netflix K-Content said in a post on Monday.
The K-drama was first aired on the South Korean TV Network TVN from April 8 to May 28 and was made available on streaming platforms Viu and Viki.
In the series, Byeon played the role of Ryu Sun Jae, a top Hallyu star, while Kim played the character of Sol, who is a big fan of Sun Jae.
Byeon recently went to the Philippines to meet his beloved Filipino fans at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
Previously, he starred in “Record of Youth” alongside Park Bo Gum, and in “20th Century Girl.”
Kim meanwhile has appeared in several K-dramas including “Extraordinary You,” and “Snowdrop.”
