Ryza Cenon stuns in new portraits, pays tribute to cancer and alopecia warriors

Ryza Cenon is stunning in her new portraits, where she showcased her newly shaved bald head.

The actress is fierce in the black-and-white photos where she donned a beaded earring.

With these new photos, Ryza paid tribute to those who are losing their hair.

“I admire all who’s going through a lot in their lives, who needs to lose their hair just to fight for their lives. You are a warrior!” Ryza said in her caption.

“Shout out sa mga cancer patients na nag undergo ng chemotherapy, sa mga may alopecia, & under depression. Keep on living your life fully everyday because you matter.”

The actress added that people remain beautiful and strong with or without hair. She also has this message for them, “Keep fighting! Never ever lose hope. Embrace it and be kind to yourself.”

Ryza shaved all her hair off for her part in the horror film, “Lilim,” directed by Mikhail Red. She will play Helena, a cult member and nun who worships the demon Lilith.

“Lilim” also stars Heaven Peralejo, Eula Valdez, Nicole Omillo, Phoebe Walker, Mon Confiado, Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Gold Aceron, and Skywalker David. It will be coming out in cinemas soon.

Ryza is best known for her roles in “Ika-6 na Utos,” “Alyas Robin Hood,” and “Sinungaling Mong Puso.”

In 2020, she gave birth to her first child, Night, with her partner, Miguel Antonio Cruz.
