Lisa of Blackpink thanks fans for success of latest single ‘Rockstar’

Lisa of Blackpink has nothing but gratitude to her fans following the success of her latest single “Rockstar.”

On Instagram, the K-pop star shared some edgy photos from her newest song, along with a heartfelt message for everyone who supported her.

“I’m so thrilled that I can finally share my new single 'Rockstar' with you guys. I’ve been working on this project for quite some time and I had so much fun while preparing this,” Lisa began in the caption.

“Thank you for your patience and I’m really happy to celebrate this together with you all. Thank you [RCA Records] and [We Are Lloud] team for making this happen,” she added.

The Thai singer went on to express her utmost gratitude to her beloved Lilies for their “love and support” throughout.

“It has been 3 years since my last song so I hope you guys enjoy the 'Rockstar' era as much as I do.”

Ending her post, the Blackpink member also teased an upcoming project and asked fans to stay tuned for more exciting surprises.

Lisa released “Rockstar” on Friday, June 28, three years after her solo debut with the hit songs “Money” and “Lalisa” in 2021.

“Rockstar” is Lisa’s first song after launching her record label, Lloud.

The Blackpink members recently launched their own labels for their solo activities: Lisa with Lloud, Jennie with Odd Atelier, and Jisoo with Blissoo. Rosé signed with The Black Label, which is under Blackpink's agency YG Entertainment, for her solo work.

In December 2023, Blackpink renewed their contracts for group activities with YG Entertainment but not for individual activities.
