Rufa Mae Quinto’s Makati condo is up for sale for P45.5 million
Are you in the market for a condo unit in the heart of Metro Manila?
Rufa Mae Quinto has put up her two-storey condominium in Makati City for sale!
On Instagram, the comedienne gave a virtual tour of her condo unit with a price tag of P45.5 million.
The furnished 146-square-meter condominium consists of a bedroom loft with a balcony, a toilet and bathroom, a powder room, and a maid’s room with its own toilet and bathroom. The unit also includes two car parking slots.
The condominium is located at the San Lorenzo Tower of The Residences at Greenbelt.
Rufa said that the unit is also up for rent for P150,000 a month. She did not disclose her reason for putting her home up for sale or rent.
Rufa has been married to Trevor Magallanes since 2016. They have a daughter named Athena.
The actress and TV host returned to the Philippines in 2022, and teased the sequel of her iconic movie, “Booba."
She was among the celebrity guest judges in “Drag Den Philippines" Season 2.
