Michelle Dee is in the Top 3 of Missosology's final hot picks for Miss Universe 2023

The Miss Universe 2023 beauty pageant is in full swing and Michelle Dee is on a roll.

After the prelims and the national costume show, beauty pageant expert organization Missosology issued its final hot picks for Miss Universe 2023 and placed the Philippine bet in the Top 3. 

Nicaragua took the top spot, with Thailand ranking 2nd. 

This is Michelle's highest placement in Missosology's fearless forecasts, moving up three places from last week's 6th spot. She was noticeably missing in Missosology's 3rd hot picks, so for Michelle to climb up the list and end up in the 3rd spot as the competition draws to a close is a testament to her strong performance and her fighting chance at winning the Miss Universe crown.

The Kapuso beauty queen certainly gave a show in both the preliminaries and the national costume competition. She was a vision in her emerald green Mark Bumgarner evening gown and a total knockout in her red swimsuit. "Solid," Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray said of Michelle's performance. 

During the national costume competition meanwhile, Michelle showcased the Filipino weaving culture, highlighted her role as a Philippine Airforce reservist, and made sure she carried her advocacy in her costume.

Michelle is vying for the Philippines' 5th Miss Universe crown with an advocacy for autism awareness. She is among the silver finalists for the Voice for Change challenge.
