Michelle Dee heads to Los Angeles before traveling to El Salvador for upcoming Miss Universe pageant

Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee is now off to Los Angeles, California before heading to El Salvador, Central America for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant.

According to “24 Oras,” Tuesday, Michelle is joined by the Miss Universe Philippines Organization team, headed by its events and creative director, Jonas Gaffud.

“Sobrang nakakataba ng puso. You know, kung ‘di lang ako naka-makeup, umiiyak na ako right now. It’s so overwhelming talaga. I can’t believe that I’m about to fly, I mean, kaunting araw sa LA, pero ang lapit na po, lapit na ‘yung laban,” the Kapuso beauty queen said.

“‘Di pa tapos but I will give everything that I have just for all of you po,” Michelle continued.

In a send-off media conference organized by her Sparkle GMA Artist Center family last week, Michelle confidently said that she is prepared for the upcoming pageant.

“I am leaving in a few days, and I must say, personally, I am prepared in my core, my mind, my body,” she said.

Earlier this month, Michelle gave a glimpse of her fierce pasarela walk for the prestigious competition.

In her Miss Universe advocacy video, she continued to advocate for autism awareness, saying it is “very close” to her heart.

The Miss Universe 2023 coronation night will be held in El Salvador on November 18.
