Kyline Alcantara, Mavy Legaspi on why Gen Z will relate to their show, 'Zero Kilometers Away'

On "24 Oras" on Wednesday, Kyline Alcantara and Mavy Legaspi talked about their digital series, "Zero Kilometers Away" on GMA Public Affairs.

Anyone may relate to it, but especially Gen Z.

"It's still the pandemic. It's still there. Ang dami pa nag-oonline dating or meet-ups or whatsoever and that's very present ngayon so that's what I'm very excited about kasi ang dami makakarelate dito sa series na ito, said Mavy.

The stars play BFFs who initially meet on a dating app and decide to keep it platonic. They try to navigate other dating matches, but could the one be zero kilometers away?

According to Kyline, the audience may become invested about what could happen.

"Paasa moments, 'Maging sila na ba?' Or paasa in a way na, 'Sana naman maging sila na.' O 'Lalayo ba 'to?' 'Lalayo ba siya?' 'Ma-meet ba siya?' 'Magiging sila ba ng mga meet niya?'" said Kyline.—Kimberly Tsao/LDF, GMA Integrated News
