Eva Noblezada has received her second Tony Award nomination for her role as Eurydice in Hadestown on Broadway.
In an announcement through social media, Noblezada was nominated for Best Actress in a Leading role in a Musical together with Kelli O'Hara (Kiss Me, Kate), Beth Leavel (The Prom), Catlin Kinnunen (The Prom) and Stephanie J. Block (The Cher Show).
The first nomination for the Filipino-Mexican-American actress was for her portrayal of Kim in Miss Saigon.
Clint Ramos, meanwhile, got his third nomination for Best Costume Design of a Play for Torch Song on Broadway.
Ramos won a Tony Award for Best Costume Design of a Play in 2016 for Eclipsed. The Tony Awards, which will be hosted by James Corden, will be broadcast live from Radio City Hall on June 9, 2019. — BAP, GMA News
