Tim Yap marries direk Javi Martinez Pardo in New York

Television host and entertainment personality Tim Yap has officially tied the knot with his partner, events director Javi Martinez Pardo in New York.

Yap made the announcement on his Instagram account on Monday.

He shared a photo of them holding hands while wearing matching scarves that both had the word "Loved."

"Married," Yap captioned his Instagram post.

Singer and theatre actress Lea Salonga also shared the news on her Instagram account, saying that she was asked by the couple to witness their wedding on Christmas day.

"Finally, I was given permission to post this!!! I was asked by Tim and Javi to be a witness at their wedding which would take place Christmas Day 2017, and I said yes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Tim this happy. Congratulations to you both!!!," Salonga said in her Instagram post.
