Here’s how you can refund your Justin Bieber tickets


So The Biebs canceled the remainder of his Purpose tour, including the Manila stop in September. Beliebers who already purchased tickets to the show have been promised a refund.

On social media Tuesday, SM Tickets issued instructions on how to go about the refund.

If you purchased ticket from SM Cinemas and paid in cash, you need to bring your ticket to the outlet where you bought it, bring a government-issued ID, and you will get your cash refund asap.

If you bought your ticket from SM Tickets in SM Department Stores, Eastwood, or Lucky China Town and you paid in cash, you need to surrender your ticket in the MOA Arena Box Office (it’s at the Coral Way Ticket Booth), bring a government-issued ID, and you’ll get your cash refund there.

If you used your credit card and bought a ticket from SM Tickets in SM Cinemas, SM Department Stores, or SM Tickets in Eastwood and Lucky China Town, all you have to do is surrender your ticket in the outlet where you bought it, take note of your transaction number, and wait 10 to 15 banking days for reversal process to take place.
