Megan Young signs contract with New York-based talent agency

Magpapatuloy ang pamamayagpag ng showbiz career ng Kapuso host-actress at Miss World 2013 titleholder na si Megan Young hindi lamang sa Pilipinas kung hindi maging sa ibang bansa ngayong bahagi na siya ng Innovative Artists, isang talent agency na nakabase sa New York City.

Kinumpirma ng talent manager at Miss World Philippines franchise owner na si Arnold Vegafria ang magandang balita nitong nakaraang linggo, kasabay ng naganap na contract signing sa America.

Aniya, “Congratulations, Megan Young, for signing up with INNOVATIVE ARTISTS AGENCY, launching her bid for international stardom as she secures her rightful place as the Philippines' pride in the annals of Hollywood and the bustling American showbiz industry.”

“With her partnership with the New York-based agency, she will be assured of her career growth, training, guidance, as well as promising opportunities and challenging projects to flaunt her acting prowess on television or the silver screen,” dagdag pa niya.

Mensahe ni Arnold sa aktres, “May you continue to remain grounded and humble as you move closer towards clinching your Hollywood dream!!”

Kasama nina Megan at Arnold sa naganap na contract signing sina Innovative Artists Agency executive Vice President Mauro DiMauro at Innovative Artists Agency talent agent/producer Scott Kenyon.

Tulad ni Megan, pumirma na rin ng kontrata sa isang New York-based management company ang isa pang Filipina beauty queen ngayong taon—si Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. 

Matatandaang inanunsyo ni Pia ang kaniyang pagiging bahagi ng IMG kasabay ng Miss Universe 2016 grand coronation night noong nakaraang Enero. 

“Being Miss Universe opened a lot of doors for me. Actually, I just signed with IMG so I’m very excited about that, and I do hope everyone keeps supporting me even after I pass on the crown,” aniya. — AT, GMA News
