Like mother, like daughter: Get to know Sunshine Cruz and Angelina Montano

Last April 22, GMANetwork.com caught up with the newest face of Careline Cosmetics, Angelina Montano! Angelina is the first daughter of Sunshine Cruz.

We asked Angelina what it's like to be the daughter of a celebrity like Sunshine and what attributes she got from her famous mom.

According to Angelina, "People say that I look like her sometimes and they tend to tell me that I also act like her. I think I pretty much got her looks since people tell me about it."

Aside from being their family's breadwinner, Sunshine also acts as a sister and best friend to Angelina and her siblings. She frequently gives them tips on makeup and fashion.

"[She] mostly [gives tips] on how to put on makeup since I'm really pale and my mom always tells me to put on tint because I usually look sick. Also for having chapped lips, my mom will always tell me to wear lip balm and moisturize my lips often. For how I dress, she tells me to always match and color-coordinate accessories and shoes with my outfit."

Angelina shyly told us that her family, especially her mom, calls her using a very unlikely nickname.

"When I was really young, I was kind of chubby so she calls me 'Buching' because she's so gigil and my sisters also got used to calling me that so the people who live in our house, they call me Buching. But I prefer other people to call me Angelina."
