Iya Villania promotes exercise during pregnancy

 


Isang linggo pa lamang ang nakalipas mula nang ipinaalam ng mag-asawang Drew Arellano at Iya Villania sa kanilang mga kaibigan at tagahanga na nalalapit na ang pagdating ng kanilang panganay na anak.

Bukod sa trabaho, ipinagpapatuloy din ni mom-to-be at “24 Oras” anchor na si Iya ang kaniyang workouts.

Aniya, malaking tulong raw ang exercise upang maging maaliwalas ang pagbubuntis at maiwasan ang iba't ibang komplikasyon o hirap sa panganganak.
