Rachelle Ann Go frustrated over missing Les Miz Manila shows due to sickness
Filipina singer-actress Rachelle Ann Go has been missing several “Les Miserables” shows in Manila since last week after losing her voice.
The award-winning stage actress, who came back to the Philippines this year to play Fantine in the Manila run of the legendary musical, apologized to her fans on Sunday and expressed frustration over the matter.
Rachelle Ann said that the Filipino audience can expect to see her performing on stage once again starting next week.
As of now, the performer humbly asks for understanding from the “Les Miserables” fans in the Philippines.

Set against the backdrop of 19th century revolutionary France, “Les Miserables” is considered as one of the most phenomenal blockbuster musicals. It has been seen by over 70 million people worldwide in 44 countries and in 22 languages.
International cast members include Simon Gleeson as Jean Valjean and Earl Carpenter as Javert. Rachelle Ann Go is playing the role of Fantine.
Cameron Mackintosh's production of the award-winning musical will play in Manila until April 24.
