Lea Salonga’s dad passes away at 86

Pumanaw na nitong Biyernes, January 29, si dating naval office at Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) chief Feliciano Salonga, ama ng award-winning theater actress at Filipina TV and film personality na si Lea Salonga

Ayon kay Lea sa isang Facebook post, “To be completely honest, I didn't know even half of what he's done in his professional or military life.”

"All I know is he has now joined the rest of his ancestors that went to the Great Beyond before him. Rest in peace, Dad,” dagdag pa niya.

Kasalukuyang nasa New York ngayon ang singer-actress bilang bahagi ng kaniyang pagganap sa Broadway play na “Allegiance.”

Naging pinuno ng SBMA si Salonga mula 2006 hanggang 2013.
