Megan Young thanks 'Marimar' cast, crew, fans as show ends

Nagtapos na ang GMA Primetime series na “Marimar” nitong Biyernes kasabay ng pagpapakasal ni Marimar at ni Sergio, na ginagampanan ni 2013 Miss World at Kapuso actress Megan Young at Kapuso leading man Tom Rodriguez.

Kasabay ng pagtatapos ng ikalawang Pinoy remake ng sikat na Mexican telenovela, nagpasalamat si Megan sa lahat ng kasama niyang bumuo nito at sa lahat ng mga walang humpay na sumuporta sa programa.

Ito ang kauna-unahang teleseryeng pinagbidahan ng Kapuso actress matapos siyang opisyal na maging Kapuso nitong nakaraang taon.

Ayon kay Megan sa isang Instagram post, “Five months have passed and it feels like we were only shooting the pilot week. I have never been more challenged in a show before but I would have never been able to overcome it without the continuous support from my co-actors, the amazing production team and crew and of course the "Megan Team" which consisted of my makeup artist, coaches and stylists.”

“A show isn't complete without the support that I've been getting from viewers. From those who message me online to those who call in Marimar or Bella in person to those who come up to me and tell me how much they appreciate the show, maraming maraming salamat. I have grown so much throughout this experience,” dagdag pa niya.

Nagpasalamat rin ang aktres sa kaniyang on-screen partner na si Tom para sa ginawa nitong paggabay at pagtulong sa kaniya sa mga eksenang pinagsamahan nila, at para rin sa pagiging mabuting kaibigan nito.

Pagtatapos ni Megan, “Thank you everyone! I hope you enjoyed the journey as much as I did.”

 

This was probably during our second to the last taping day. We were all so tired and yet the cast and crew still managed to keep smiles on their faces. 5 months have passed and it feels like we were only shooting the pilot week yesterday. I have never been more challenged in a show before but I would have never been able to overcome it without the continuous support from my co-actors, the amazing production team and crew and of course the "Megan Team" which consisted of my makeup artist, coaches and stylists. A show isn't complete without the support that I've been getting from viewers. From those who message me online to those who call in Marimar or Bella in person to those who come up to me and tell me how much they appreciate the show, maraming maraming salamat. I have grown so much throughout this experience. Thank you to everyone in GMA and to the bosses for trusting me with this project. Of course thank you to my on screen partner, Tom! Thank you for guiding me through our scenes when I needed help and for being a great friend throughout this journey! Thank you everyone I hope you enjoyed the journey as much as I did :)
