Sharon Cuneta sells mansion in Southern California for $2.195 million

Superstar Sharon Cuneta has put her mansion in Calabasas, Southern California on the market for $2.195 million, six years after she personally bought the house, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times on Monday, January 4. 

The two-story Traditional home in a guard-gated community was referred to as “Home (from) thousands of miles away. Our happy place” by the iconic Filipina singer and actress back in 2011.

According to Los Angeles Times, the 1977 house features a master suite with his-and-hers bathrooms, two walk-in closets, and a sitting room for a total of six bedrooms, and five bathrooms in more than 6,600 square feet.

“(The mansion) opens to a grand foyer with marble floors, an elaborate chandelier and a sweeping staircase. A dining room done in detailed wainscoting and a living room with a fireplace sit off the formal entry,” said the metropolitan daily newspaper's online platform.

Moreover, a covered patio opens to a swimming pool with a spa and waterfall feature, and also has a built-in barbecue, a sunken trampoline, and an expansive lawn.  — Bianca Rose Dabu/AT, GMA News
