The simple life of Chariz Solomon

Being in show business doesn’t necessarily mean living lavishly and leading a luxurious lifestyle. What makes her happiest, in fact, are the simplest things.

After her guesting with Basta Every Day Happy, she shared with GMANetwork.com the top three things that send her sky high.

Family

Chariz’ husband and baby give her immeasurable joy.

“Lahat naman tayo, masaya kapag kasama natin palagi ang family natin especially my baby. Sobrang bubbly siya, sobrang happy baby talaga, saka syempre my husband (na) napaka-supportive,” she said.

She admitted that she did not know that being a family woman could be that fulfilling.

“Kahit na nakakapagod talaga, nawawala lahat kasi masaya kapag kasama mo ‘yung family mo. Hindi ko rin alam (at ma-explain) kung bakit,” she added.

Job

Chariz feels blessed to be pursuing a career that she greatly enjoys and allows her to help bring food to the table.

“Work (makes me happy kasi) syempre, to be able to provide for your family, kailangan syempre may work ka, and ‘yung work ko mismo, masaya siya,” she declared.

She also noted how much she enjoys doing comedy.

“Sobrang saya ko sa ginagawa ko sa shows ko, sa Bubble Gang, sa Pepito Manaloto kaya ayun, masaya ako sa work ko,” she shared.

Vacations

Whether it’s a vacation at Bohol or a staycation at home, Chariz values getting her dose of R&R. This, for her, is the reward for working hard as an employee and being a passionate mom and wife.

“After lahat ng stress sa pagod sa work, puyat, tapos sa pagod sa pagiging mom at wife, kailangan sometimes nagbabakasyon din. I’m sure lahat tayo napapasaya ng bakasyon,” she said. --  Mary Louise Ligunas/Bochic Estrada, GMANetwork.com
