More projects lined up for Judy Ann, Ryan

The perfect tandem of real-life celebrity couple Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo doesn't end in Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo as the two are currently doing their second teleserye together. It could be remembered that the Juday and Ryan love affair started in the defunct teleserye Krystala. After that, the couple starred as husband and wife in the movie Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo, which was a topgrosser in last year's Metro Manila Film Festival. Now, Juday and Ryan are currently taping their second teleserye together, Ysabella. In a taped interview shown on The Buzz yesterday, March 23, Judy Ann described the said project. She said, "Base siya sa isang babaeng lumaki sa kusina, kung paano siya nag-struggle sa buhay, kung paano siya nag-strive na makuha ang ambisyon niya at maipaghiganti ang nanay niya. At saka umiikot siya sa pagluluto." The said teleserye would be a little different from the dramatic ones that Judy Ann has done in the past years. In fact, the actress said, "I hope manibago sila kasi ‘yon naman ang goal ko." Aside from the teleserye, according to Judy Ann, there are also plans of doing a sequel of Kasal, Kasali Kasalo. Judy Ann said, "Nung victory party ng KKK, in-announce ni Ma'am Charo [Santos] na they want to do a sequel of KKK. Si Direk Joey [Reyes], actually, nakaisip na ng title, which is Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo. "We're hoping na sana, kung matutuloy man ito, kahit hindi malagpasan, mapantayan lang namin 'yong ibinigay na kasiyahan ng KKK sa lahat ng mga nanood," said Juday. Meanwhile, Judy Ann was asked about rumors saying that she gets jealous whenever her boyfriend is being paired up with other actresses. "'Di ako selosa. Alam mo, nami-misinterpret lang siguro ako ng mga tao, e, whenever dumadalaw ako kay [Ryan]. Never akong nagselos sa trabaho o hobby ni [Ryan] or sa kung sinumang babae. Kasi kampante naman ako kay [Ryan], kung gaano siya ka faithful, sa lahat, hindi lang sa akin, kundi sa mga past girlfriends niya," stressed Juday. She also clarified that she never interfered with Ryan's projects. She explained, "Trabaho niya 'yon. Hindi ako makikialam sa kung sino ang magiging ka-partner niya sa isang pelikulang hindi ako kasama. Tumutulong pa nga ako sa paghahanap ng makaka-partner niya." Judy Ann recently won two Best Actress awards—in Golden Screen Awards and Star Awards for Movies—for Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo.
