Charlie Fleming, Kira Balinger say 'pageant' exit from PBB was unintended but 'we wanted to look good'

After Ashley Ortega and AC Bonifacio's viral OA-and-nonchalant exit from "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab," Charlie Fleming and Kira Balinger made waves for their beauty pageant-esque departure.
When they were waiting to hear the results during the second eviction night, the duo held hands and bowed their heads, reminding viewers and netizens of queens waiting to see who'll get the crown.
On "Unang Hirit" on Tuesday, Kira said that was unintentional.
"Actually hindi po talaga namin pinagisipan 'yun, nangyari lang talaga," she said.
However, she admitted that the two of them had a goal in mind should they become the next evictees.
"Our goal po talaga in mind was to look good, so even if we walk out we know that we look really good, we look amazing."
Speaking of beauty pageants, Kira revealed that she's always planned on joining them one day.
"Kaya lang syempre I wanted to focus on one thing at a time, which is itong acting career ko. 'Cause when you join a beauty pageant, it really takes a lot of effort... hindi po basta basta, syempre may training," she said.
That's why, she added, she was so happy when Michelle Dee guested on "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab."
"To live with Ate MMD, as iconic as she is, it was such a huge blessing, ang dami kong natutunan sa kaya," Kira said.
"Sobrang hanga ko sa kanya, she really took time to sit down with all of us ad to have our own little personal talks, sobrang talino niya, sobrang bait niya. Nakakakilig!"
Charlie and Kira were the second duo evicted from “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab.” They received the lowest percentage of votes to save, which was 29.99%.
Following their exit, Shuvee Entrata and Xyriel Manabat entered Bahay ni Kuya and the housemates chose new duo partners.
Ashley and AC were the first housemates to exit the edition, and their reactions created a trending meme.
