'Sang'gre' drops exciting new teaser

'Sang'gre' drops exciting new teaser

A new teaser for the "Encantadia" series spinoff, "Sang'gre," just dropped!

The 30-second clip was shown for the first time during the commercial gap of "24 Oras" on Friday evening.

The video features four individuals riding horses across a sweeping terrain with mountains in the background while the iconic theme song of "Encantadia" plays.

The clip does not show the faces of the four individuals.

However, it seems to point to the reunion of the Sang'gres of the "Encantadia" 2016 requel.

"Muling maglalakbay ang mga Sang’gre patungo sa bagong yugto ng Encantadia," the caption read.

Prior to the teaser's airing, Glaiza De Castro and Rhian Ramos also featured in Lhar Santiago's report for "24 Oras" Friday, where they shared what they're looking forward to in the new teaser and their characters for the upcoming series.

"Pinaka-excited akong makita ang reunion ng mga 'Sang'gre' na nagmula sa 2017. Excited akong makita ang aking mga apue o aking mga kapatid. Dito sa trailer na 'to mapapanood ko at mapapanood ng mga Kapuso natin ang bagong-bagong eksena naming apat," said Glaiza.

In the requel, Glaiza starred alongside Kylie Padilla, who played Sang'gre Amihan (keeper ofthe Brilyante ng Hangin), Gabbi Garcia as Sang're Alena (keeper of the Brilyante ng Tubig), and Sanya Lopez as  Sang'gre Danaya (keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa).

Directed by Rico Gutierrez, the upcoming "Sang'gre" series will feature new generation of Sang'gres.

Bianca Umali will play the role of "Terra," the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa; Faith Da Silva will play the role of Flamarra, the keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy; Angel Guardian will portray the role of Deia, the keeper of the Brilyante ng Hangin; and Kelvin Miranda will be the first male Sang'gre as Adamus, the keeper of the Brilyante ng Tubig.

Meanwhile, Rhian will play the role of Mitena, the series antagonist and the twin sister of Cassiopeia Solenn Heussaff).

Aside from Glaiza, Gabbi, Kylie, and Sanya will reprise their roles as Alena, Amihan, and Danaya.
