Michael Sager emotional after 'PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition' 1st nominations

Michael Sager turned emotional after his duo with Ralph de Leon were included in the list of nominees to be eliminated in the "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition."

Some of the reasons for their nomination include overstepping others and being "maharot" to other housemates.

Michael, a Kapuso actor, said "If I show myself, people won't like me and if I protect myself, people won't still like me. It's just so hard na, dude. Kasi I'm misinterpreted na, always."

"Siguro disappointed na talaga sa sarili ko kasi kahit ano na ipakita ko, may mali. Kaya siguro po mahirap po talaga akong makahanap ng mga kaibigan po," he added.

Michael is also taking the fall for their nomination feeling like he was the one overstepping on others.

"Nagulat lang po talaga ako roon sa overstepping. 'Yung gusto ko lang naman po kasi 'yung benefit ng grupo eh. Ayoko lang mag-assume pero feeling ko nagko-connect lang 'yung dots para sa akin," the actor said.

"Feeling ko rin talaga mistake ko rin talaga 'yung nag-iinitiate pa ako kasi pwede rin namang manahimik na lang ako. Minsan 'di ko na nakakayang tiisin eh. Gusto ko lang talagang maging efficient kasi 'yung task. Nakikita ko siya as trabaho. Hindi naman 'to para sa akin, para sa ating lahat, para sa pagkain natin. Kaya ako nagse-step in at times. Gusto ko laging makatulong sa grupo natin," he said.

The Kapuso star explained he's used to solving his problems on his own and just wanted their team to succeed.

"Kung may problema po, gusto ko ako 'yung magma-manage. Ako 'yung mag-so-solve. Feeling ko na-develop lang 'to sa bahay, nung lumipat na ako kasi ang na-aano ko lagi, mag-isa ako so mag-isa ko dapat kayanin 'to," he said.

Kuya stressed they are a family in the house and misunderstandings are expected but they will be there for each other.

For Ralph, as long as they were true to themselves, they would be glad to end their journey in the famous yellow house.

"Never-never kong na-feel na nadamay po ako kasi duos po kami, Kuya. I don't like being disloyal to my partner. I don't like being disloyal to my duo and sabi ko po talaga sa kanya kung ang reason talaga ng ating paglabas is because you were your true self. Proudly-proudly, 100 percent, I will walk out that door with you."

“PBB” airs new episodes on weekdays 10:00 p.m. on GMA Prime and weekends at 6:15 p.m. after “24 Oras Weekend.”
