Gabbi Garcia enters 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition' as house guest

Gabbi Garcia could not hide her shock as she was tasked to enter Bahay ni Kuya on Saturday's episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition."

The actress, who serves as one of the host of the show, hilariously introduced the next Kapuso star to enter the house, only to be shown a video of herself. She was then officially introduced by Robi Domingo as the latest celebrity house guest of this edition.

"It's always at the back of my head na shocks anytime baka ipasok ako, pero right now it's real. Tapos, Kuya, tinapat niyo pa ako sa panahon na walang weekly budget 'yung housemates," Gabbi said.

As the housemates failed their latest weekly task, they have no budget this week.

Bianca Gonzalez recalled that Gabbi previously attempted to join the show when she was younger.

"'Yung batang Gabbi na nag-audition noon, ito na," she told Gabbi.

"Ginusto mo 'to, diba," Gabbi replied in jest.

She also lamented not being able to say goodbye to her loved ones including her longtime boyfriend, Khalil Ramos.

"Agad-agad. Ngayon na talaga. Hindi ba pwedeng magpaalam muna ... live ngayon si Khalil sa 'Liwanag sa Dilim,' hindi ako nakapagba-bye," Gabbi said.

"They're taking me in ... Mommy, Daddy, good bye," she added.

It may be recalled that "PBB" hosts Melai Cantiveros, Alexa Ilacad, and Mavy Legaspi along with Gabbi failed a task with the housemates during the show's first episode. Kuya said that if they failed the task, the hosts would have a punishment and one of them was Mavy's entry as a celebrity house guest.

Gabbi is the latest celebrity house guest to join the show after Mavy and Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi, who both stayed for a week.

"Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" airs new episodes on GMA Network at 10 p.m. weekdays and at 6:15 p.m. on weekends. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
