'Sang'gre' fans are hyped after director Rico Gutierrez posts photo of weapons
"Sang'gre" just can't come soon enough!
Fans of "Encantadia" just got more hyped about the spinoff series after Rico Gutierrez, one of the directors of the show, posted a photo of weapons on Instagram.
Three of them are short swords in red, blue, and green, while the fourth is a pair of arnis sticks, the iconic weapon wielded by Sang'gre Danaya.
The arnis sticks and the green blade seem to be the weapons held by Terra and Adamus in the "Sang'gre" teaser released last year.
Deia's and Flamarra's weapons, however, look different from the blue and red short swords.
"Sang'gre" stars Bianca Umali, Faith Da Silva, Kelvin Miranda, and Angel Guardian as the new keepers of the gems of earth, fire, water, and air.
Several "Encantadia" cast members will also reprise their roles in the spinoff.
Meanwhile, Rhian Ramos will play the role of the Ice Queen Mitena, the main antagonist of "Sang'gre."
