Joyce Pring’s emergency contact is... Padre Salvi?

The content creator and former “Unang Hirit” host hopped on the viral “emergency contact” trend, which netizens use to share funny clips of their significant others or loved ones.

On Instagram, Joyce shared videos of husband Juancho Triviño’s memorable role as Padre Salvi in “Maria Clara at Ibarra.” The video then cuts to Juancho looking annoyed.

"Can't believe this is my emergency contact," she wrote in the video.

“Maria Clara at Ibarra” aired on GMA Network from 2022 to 2023.

Juancho made waves for his portrayal of the evil friar Padre Salvi. He earned his first acting award for the role after 10 years in the industry.

The actor also amused netizens with his skits of Padre Salvi in modern-day settings, such as riding the LRT, going to a convenience store, and visiting a popular fast food chain.

Juancho and Joyce first met when they were hosts on “Unang Hirit.” They privately got married in 2019 and had another ceremony in 2020.

They have a son named Alonso Eliam, and a daughter named Agnes Eleanor.
