SB19 performs 'DAM' in 'All-Out Sundays'
SB19 just set the "All-Out Sundays" stage on fire!
The Kings of P-pop graced the variety show on Sunday and performed their latest single "DAM."
The boys were dressed in a dark ensemble identical to those they wore in the music video and brought dancers with them.
During their special performance, SB19 talked about their comeback song.
"Itong 'DAM' gusto namin kasi mararamdaman nila 'yung parang mapapa-'damn!' Parang sa team namin, mayroon kaming tanong, paano namin mahihigitan ang sagad na?" Pablo said.
"So for this song and upcoming EP na ire-release namin, talagang sinagad namin 'yung creativity na puwede naming i-incorporate sa album, sa kanta. Tapos nag-incorporate din kami, since origin story siya. In-incorporate din namin 'yung ng tunog ng una naming kanta like 'WYAT' at 'GENTO' dito sa latest single namin na 'DAM.' Tapos siyempre in-incorporate din namin 'yung mga Filipino folk sounds tapos steps sa choreography," he added.

As for the teaser, Justin said it was actually the ending of the music video.
"'Yung teaser po na napanood niyo, actually ay ang wakas. So basically, nagsimula po kami sa wakas this era. So 'yung napanood n'yo na teaser, that's the ending."
SB19 released "DAM" on February 27, the song from their upcoming comeback EP "Simula at Wakas."
According to the group, "DAM" is a play on the Filipino word "Pakiramdam." The song is an anthem about staying true to one's values and principles amidst the sacrifice required to achieve greater dreams in career and life.
"Simula at Wakas" is the third installment of SB19's EP trilogy, following "Pagsibol" and "Pagtatag!" It will be released on April 25.
SB19 will go on a world tour in support of the EP, with the kickoff concert scheduled on May 31 at the Philippine Arena.
Composed of Pablo, Stell, Ken, Josh, and Justin, SB19 debuted in 2018 and has become one of the most successful P-pop groups today. They are known for their songs "MAPA," "GENTO," and "Nyebe."
